COMPETITIVE TEAM PROGRAMS

If you're new to paddling, starting your competitive journey is a breeze! Get started by joining School Field trips, Recreational Programs, or Summer Camps to get comfortable on the water. Once you're feeling confident, elevate your skills with our comprehensive competitive programs designed to take your paddling proficiency to new heights.

 

Learn to Train:

Special Program Geared Towards Youth Aged U10 to U14. Our program is designed to help young athletes build on the skills introduced in the beginner program. Participants will have the opportunity to paddle in a variety of boats and will be encouraged to take part in local and provincial regattas to further enhance their abilities. This year join the learn to train program and prepare for the BC summer games 2024 and 2026.

Performance | High Performance:

Youth Program Geared Towards Enhancing Paddling Skills and Techniques. Designed for individuals aged 14 to 17, this program focuses on refining paddling skills and improving race performance. A greater emphasis is on learning to race, while training centers on enhancing sport-specific endurance, and speed. Athletes at this level are encouraged to participate in four to seven regattas each year.
